Macau University of Science and Technology Art Museum

Art Museum of Macau University of Science and Technology was established on September 1, 2020. It is located on the 6th floor of Block R. It covers an area of some 300 square meters, with a height of 2.8 meters and an exhibition line of about 150 meters. It is equipped with spotlights, projectors and screens, audio system and other equipment that are used to display paintings, installations, multimedia and other works of art. The Art Museum is an art and academic platform integrating exhibition, collection, research, education and international exchange. Relying on Macau's long and rich history and multicultural background, the Art Museum aims to serve as a bridge for communication and connection between art schools and institutions in Macau and around the world, and to stimulate the creativity of young Macauness artists through various forms of exhibitions and activities. It is innovative and shouldering the responsibility and mission of promoting Macau art. Since its establishment, the art museum has held many large-scale international exhibitions, such as projects initiated by National Art Fund and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, etc. The exchange exhibition involves in ceramics, painting, music and opera art between the Mainland and Macau, and the invitational exhibition of famous Chinese painters, as well as the graduation exhibitions, etc. The Art Museum has gradually become fertile soil for displaying Macau's culture and art.
