Film Studio

Area of 336m2 and a 8m ceilings, the multi-purpose, open-plan video studio located at the Faculty of Humanities and Arts building is a professionally equipped venue to provide practical training spaces for courses such as Journalism and Communication, Film & Video Production, Digital Media, Multimedia and more.

The studio has a giant 80m2 green screen, electrical rigging system of 20 beams with flexible height adjustments, available with 50 varying types of LED lights and other equipment for professional studio setups. The studio is supported by the moderate sized audio suite for audio recording and sound design, operated with the mainstream Apple Mac platform and Avid Pro Tools. Through studio practice, students can master the practical skills of video and film production, be able to operate live on site, as well as to develop their audio recording, design and mixing skills through access to the audio suite. The courses will also allow students to have a comprehensive understanding and acquire techniques of composition, photography lighting, lighting and set design.
